How long do aligners take?
On average, most people complete their treatment within 4-6 months. However, some minor adjustments can be achieved in as little as 3 months, while more complex cases may take up to 12-14.
Regular wear and following your treatment plan closely will help ensure the best and quickest results.
How much does it cost?
Both at-home and in-clinic options are $1,295.
Whether the patient chooses to start at-home or in-clinic, there is the option to have attachments placed on. These will cost roughly $150 at your local dental clinic. The attachments are tooth-coloured buttons/handles that are made of a resin and placed on to allow the aligners more control.
If the in-clinic option is chosen, there is an additional cost of $100 for your intra-oral scan to be taken.
These additional costs are charged by the dental clinic that takes care of these services for you.
Are the results permanent?
The results of clear aligners are very long-lasting as long as retainers are worn at night to prevent your teeth from shifting back to their original positions.
We also offer a 10-year warranty on the final result. If your teeth become misaligned again within this period, we will provide extra aligners free of charge to correct any issues.
I have a permanent retainer (wire) in. Will i need it removed?
Before clear aligner treatment is started, your permanent retainer will need to be taken out by your dentist. This is very quick and absolutely painless.
Can I see my final result before I start?
Yes, you can see your final result before you start! We provide a detailed 3D treatment plan that shows the expected progression and final position of your teeth.
You will have the opportunity to review and approve this plan before your aligners are fabricated.
