How does the process work?
Your treatment begins with either a 3D in-clinic scan or an at-home impression kit. Our Australian-registered dentists design your plan, and your custom aligners are shipped directly to you.
How long does treatment take?
Most treatments last between 4–9 months depending on your case. You’ll receive a digital preview before beginning that shows your expected timeline and results.
Do I need to visit a dentist in person?
No regular visits are needed. Your progress is monitored remotely via ScanBox®. If an in-person appointment is required, we can arrange this with a partner clinic.
What if my aligners don’t fit?
Our team will assess your progress through DentalMonitoring and guide you. We can arrange replacement aligners if a tray goes missing or doesn't fit properly.
Will I need attachments or IPR?
Some cases require small, tooth-coloured attachments or minimal polishing (IPR) to improve results. This is arranged through one of our partner clinics if needed.
What happens after treatment?
To maintain your results, you’ll wear retainers at night. These are included in your package. You can also choose a fixed retainer at a clinic if preferred.
