Estimated Delivery Time and Carriers

Domestic Orders

For orders shipping within the U.S., we ship via DHL. Please expect delivery between 2-4 business days (M-F).

International Orders 

All international orders are shipped via multiple carriers depending on location, you will be provided a tracking number with full visibility of the packages' travel history from our warehouse in the U.S. to its final destination. Please allow between 5 - 15 business days (M-F) for delivery.

What to Expect After You Order

We aim to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information on your order.

Need to Make Changes?

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just contact our Case Help / Customer Service team here, we will be happy to help. We are generally only able to make changes within 1 hour of you completing the checkout of your order.

Will I have to Pay Any Additional Taxes or Fees?

Although it is unlikely, you may receive duty and VAT charges upon import. Jawology has no control over these charges - it is entirely up to the local government/border security, and customs office. If you refuse to pay the additional fees at the time of delivery, then your shipment will be returned to us.
