A clear retractor that gently holds your cheeks and lips away from your teeth, giving full access for a clean, accurate impression.
Prepaid return label
A pre-paid return label included in your satchel, so you can send your impressions back to our lab at no extra cost.

Taking your impression is easier than it looks - your kit will receive a QR code directing to a step-by-step guide on how to take a great first impression.
Shipping & Turnaround
How long does delivery take?
You can expect your impression kit to be delivered within 2-5 business days. Rural addresses may take slightly longer.
How do I return my completed impression moulds?
It's easy! Just put the completed impressions back in the box, or any other box of your choice, and stick the label we provided on it. Then, take it to your nearest Australia Post Office or drop it in any Australia Post box.
After my impressions get back to you, how long until I get my 3D plan?
It will typically take 4-8 days to get your digital 3D treatment plan from the time your impressions arrive at our lab.
